Burger King — Restaurant in El Centro

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The burgers are always cold here. The one time I asked them if they could make me a hot burger, they microwaved it. Wrapper, veggies and all. Constantly giving me incorrect change. Half the time they have the door locked, and you are forced to wait in the drive thru line, and with gas over $6/gallon sometimes I'd prefer to just go inside and get it to go. But yesterday evening was by far the worst. I mean, this was such sheer stupidity I had to share. Everyone knows they have the 2 for $5, and that there's a few different sandwiches to choose from. Well, right there on the menu in the drive thru it says "Big King! 2 for $5!" and "Mix & Match!", and it SHOWS the picture of a Big King sandwich. So I ask for 2 Big Kings. No problem so far. I get to the window, and the girl working says "2 Big Kings, your total is gonna be $10.80." So I think there was miscommunication, and say "Oh I'm sorry miss, I just wanted two, not two orders of the Big Kings. Just two." And she says "Yeah, two Big Kings. $10.80." And I say "Aren't they 2 for $5?" Her response (brace yourself, this is where full blown stupidity happens)? "Yeah, they are but you have to ask for them to be that price." No lies, she literally said that. So I said "Why do I need to ask if it's on the menu advertised at that price?" And Paola (her name) says "Cuz my manager said you have to ask for it to be that price." I just looked at her like she was an idiot and drove away without saying another word. They can't even honor their own prices. Literal FALSE ADVERTISING. I don't know if they just have stupid employees or piss poor management, but I get the feeling it's a...

We were passing through and needed a place for a quick bite and a pit stop. The food was good and the staff was good also.

I gave this place a 4 start not for the food but the restrooms were not that great. Lots of etched graffiti that gave the feel of "maybe we're not in a good part of town". Yet it was in a little "mall" area where a Best Buys was located. Toilet paper was on the floor and although the toilet was not yucky looking the graffiti on the walls, mirror, toilet seat, toilet tank left a bad impression. I couldn't wait for my son to be done so...

The El Centro Burger King is horrible, went on 7/26/25 and there was a HORRIBLE STENCH in the place. We went ahead and ordered and it took them 5 times and still did not get the burger right, not sure if it was because the supervisor and staff only speak to you in spanish. They were rude and it was the worst experience at any Burger King I have been to. I'm going to go out of town from now on if I want Burger King. The staff before these people were so much nicer and always got our orders right, so disappointed since it's the ONLY Burger...
