Slim Chickens — Restaurant in El Dorado

For starters, when I approach Slim chicken drive thru speaker at 7:00 PM, I had to wait 25 minutes before I was greeted. I knew what I wanted apron approach so I knew my order wouldn’t take so long to order which was a slims meal shaken in buffalo. As I pulled around I had wait another 15 minutes before my order was given to me. I figured since my order took so long to be made it would be correctly. Obviously I was wrong. As I make it home ready to enjoy my food I noticed I only had 3 tenders, shaken in the wrong sauce & cooked WAY! To long. Normally I wouldn’t call and complain but unfortunately this is not the first time my order was cooked or made wrong! After noticing my order was completely wrong I called slim chicken to giving my complaint. The manager greatly apologized and asked if I could come back but sadly I couldn’t due to my brother going to work taking my vehicle. So she told me to come in the next day, which I did. I took the time out my day just to get there to receive TWO chicken tenders!!! And I asked why only two tenders and not my correct meal. The food is good. The workers seemed to be all mixed up in chaos. I observed none wearing gloves or hair nets handling payments and then the food/cups they give customers. Not that anyone could actually use a hair net considering their hair was in disgustingly long braided hair which im certain was sewn or braided in tightly. bc every 5 seconds you literally see them reach up and scratch their itchy head then go about touching & handling everything money food cups condiments(yes the "manager" also was doing the same scratch fetish and handling of food& money) What a shame- This place needs a whole upgrade of Rules, management and workers who can count money. We were truly astonished that the 5ft braided hair lady had to ask the manager how much change to give back to us--- for $6 off a $20.00! We couldn't make it up if we wanted to. I really wanted to like this place, but; I can't! The chickens wings did not have enough sauce, not seasoned and DRIED out! I had to gnaw on them. Thank God for my teeth, because I would not have been able to eat the chicken, unless, putting the chicken in a blender. The fries were soggy and I believe the oil was old. The toast also soggy and I did not eat it. I am thinking about giving the soggy toast to my dogs, but; then again they deserve better. The sauce has too much mayonnaise and it was horrible. I give you one star because the chocolate dessert was pleasant. I suggest using more whipped topping and pudding and the dessert will be more appetizing.
