I placed an order here two weeks ago for a simple electroplated bangle, no design or intricate details. The owner, I’m assuming, said it would be a simple order and said would take 1-2 days which was perfect since this was going to be a birthday gift that was around the corner. 1-2 days came and went nothing. On the fourth day, I texted the place inquiring about my order and they said it would not be ready yet and to give them another 1-2 days. A week from when I originally placed the order and still nothing. They told me to give them more time bc it wasn’t ready yet and that by Tuesday it’ll be ready for sure. I said that it was fine and that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Wednesday since I would be on a trip. Fast forward it’s now Friday, two extra days since I said I would be able to pick it up and it’s STILL NOT READY. They simply told me to give them one more day, no apology or anything, just “it’s not ready yet”. Absolute bs, it’s been now two weeks since I placed my order. I left upset and returned an hour later to get my money back. From my experience, I would not recommend anyone to order from this place.
