Jack in the Box — Restaurant in El Monte

update: this jack in the box is not my favorite. I've gone a couple times recently and the tiny tacos were soooo hot it burned my tongue for 3 days! i also had some foods here (Jr bacon jack) just wasn't as good as other jacks but i understand because you see these times I've gone have been super busy for them so i get it esp cuz i know what's its like to work fast food so if you can try to go to a less busy jack.

supreme croissant and the loaded fries. if you save your receipt you get buy 1 get 1 free of the supreme croissant or jumbo jack, the supreme croissant is smaller so i think if you're hungry that day choose jumbo jack also they charge like 60 cents to add cheese to your jumbo jack. the loaded fries were okay and they gave me ketchup and lots of napkins usually the jacks will give me like one napkin or none if I forget to ask sometimes. here they...

usually I feel comfortable at other jack-In-The-Box restaurants but I felt the total opposite here...from the few, "men-of-leisure", that were congregating outside the entrance, and to the seemingly unfriendly employees at the counter that didn't acknowledge me or make me feel welcome, and not to mention, that unfamiliar marijuana smell I breathed in on my way out from those aforementioned men lounging around outside who decided to smoke as I made my way back to my car; the visit to this restaurant was sort of a little bizarre and one that I won't forget, but not for the food or lack of friendly service, it'll be the slightly uncomfortable ambient feeling you get when you...

This Location.. Wrong order overall. Took forever with no one at the register. Waited almost an hour from the menu to the window. Didn't provide a receipt to submit feedback. Made a report but didn't get a callback. Customers were reaching behind the counter. The drive thru makes people wait on the turn before coming to the window. Maybe pics will show. Ordered a double jack combo and got TRASH. The restaurant is dirty.
