This place is the best in the business!!!! We’ve used them before and they’re so good! Back up camera wasn’t working and had two different people tell me the camera had to be replaced. The other shop near me wanted to charge me at least $600 and said it would take them over 3 hours just to fix the problem. Also they told me I’d have to leave the car and come back and couldn’t stay during the installation. This wasn’t the case here. Not even close!!! Drove all the way to El Monte to go back to American Stereo Masters, which was over an hour just to have someone honest and reliable. I barely made it out of the car before he found out what my problem was, did his trouble shooting, and fixed the problem. Literally I didn’t even make it inside. He didn’t try to upsell or cheat me out of money. What would’ve cost me $600 and 3 hours of time was done immediately for nothing. I purchased (at an amazing low price) and he then programmed a key fob for me and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes and could get onto other things I had to get done. All of that done in less than fifteen minutes???!!! I am so used to being messed over because I’m a woman and he didn’t try. This is not the first time we’ve been here and won’t be the last. Got CarPlay installed, TERRIBLE he cut off some of my car plastic and wired it terribly, still gave the benefit of doubt bc I really wanted it.
