Abercrombie & Fitch — Local services in El Paso

Went to Abercrombie and fitch today (01/10/25) after buying a new iMac and IPhone 16 (check the surveillance tapes) Infront of the Abercrombie store (El Paso Cielo Vista Mall). Wanted to buy some apparel from Abercrombie store but store clerk (sales man) was incompetent, told me to step to the next cash register. I did. No one helped. He attended new customers not just one but 3 new customers. So I left. After all very disappointed with service in this location seems to prioritize people who they like (it’s a guy liking guys ) so if they tike you then good luck, You’ll skip ahead of the line just like they did infront of me at 8 pm (01/10/25) I had a iMac and iPhone in the counter and was ready to pay but salesman went and skipped me and stopped me from buying a NY head cap. But not only the head cap I will never return to a Abercrombie establishment because of this sales associate. Please check the tapes. Terrible customer service. I’d rather just shop online. Most of the employees act like they don’t want to be bothered and no one ever greets you. My size is never in stock at this location either. Today a young female employee completely disregarded me standing in front of the fitting rooms waiting for assistance but put someone else in the fitting room in front of me. Then she tried to make up for it by saying that she’ll check the other side for a room and none were open so I put my stuff back and left. So I went to abercrombie with my sister and her boyfriend to get some cologne for my sisters boyfriend and as usual he tried some on his arm and waved it to dry it so we could see which smelt better and while he was doing that the immiture teenagers at the cash register decided to obviously mimic him and burst out laughing I have never liked it here for this very reason the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I will never be shopping there in my life time...
