When there system doesn't work they should have a sign or an employee letting costumers as they go in that their credit card is down!! Maybe the idiot at the register had sick twisted satisfaction seeing all kids cry, she thought it was funny by the way she laughed saying look at all the animals we have to put back bahaha, how sick is she when parents told their kids sorry i don't have cash, now a days who the hell carries cash, having kids complete the registration of their animal getting all exited for you all to say this to parents as they paid was sick, if u knew system is down why nor let parents know and still keep allowing the kids disappointment amd laughing about it!?!? Sending parents thru mall atms some not working, or dealing with charges, i myself gave up, ended up taking my kids to target and let them use the money they were gonna pay for their built a bear on whatever they wanted . so they can forget about this...

I really want to say that Mikaela I hope that's how her name is spelled as I am very bad with names really went above and beyond to help take care of me yesterday. My brother and I lost our father last year, and he hardly had any possessions to leave behind. So, I decided to have 2 stuffed animals made, 1 for each of us, so that we'd have something during difficult days, especially since my brother is getting married next weekend, and was able to record voice messages and everything. She was extremely sweet and very patient, as it was a bit emotional for me. It was very obvious that she wanted to do everything in her power to help me out. And she very much did. She made my first time at Build a Bear extremely enjoyable and very memorable. Thank you...

Took my daughter here for the first time, and we had a very pleasant experience! The young man working the fluff machine was a JOY to watch! He was so attentive and patient with the children. We loved just watching him interact with them. I was disappointed they stop carrying the dogs and cats (who aren’t a show character). My only complaint is that I wish there were more employees walking around actually helping customers with the clothes aspect of he experience. I didn’t understand how to put on half the stuff they had for the stuffed animals, so we left without purchasing any of those add ons. Overall, decent...
