I was very impressed with Kohl's it was amazing as always I'm visiting for California got some great deals and love it I also visit Sephora and let me tell you the young lady that was working at sephora knew nothing about the specials they offer on sephora web site 🙄 stated I needed to go to a sephora store when I said this is a sephora store she stated its part of kohls I will never shop there again when it comes to Sephora but overall I had an amazing time with all my discounts with Kohl's
I explained to her that I just saw on the internet on the site that there's discounts and she said I'm sorry but you have to go you have to go to their store this is Kohl's to get those kind of discounts so I did not like the Sephora makeup department store so remember folks if you find any specials you need to go to sephora department stores if not they won't honor discounts. Read moreI went to Kohl's to pick up a pair of slippers I had placed on hold the day prior. A young man at the Service Counter with name tag "Elmo" is an excellent employee. He took care of renewing my credit card account which had been closed; since I frequently shop at Kohl's cash or VISA Card, I hadn't realized my of account had been closed probably for lack of use. After I took the time to reapply for credit and was offered a one day only 35% discount, I went on to shop & picked out a few items which I wanted to buy and would have liked to take advantage of the discount offer, but the lines at the cashier registers were incredibly long & extremely slow moving, actually horrendous!! So I had to abandon the items I had selected to purchase and had to leave. A better system has to definitely be established. I was totally displeased with the time wasted & the loss of the one-day 35% offer. ...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a bad experience with Clarissa in customer service when trying to give a payment to my kohls card. I walked up and I couldn't even see where she was, didn't address me to let me know she could help me where she was standing at or anything. It was my first time giving a payment and she didn't walk me through anything or let me know anything. She seemed rather frustrated and continued to be rude checking her watch as if it was a bother to assist me. This whole experience made me want to cancel my card and not shop here again. I let the manager on duty know the issue to which the manager did nothing as she kept questioning me how Clarissa was rude... I simply just let her know she was rude and she lacks customer service. She should be trained a little more on how to properly attend to customers as it's called customer...
