Went to drive through today. I got home and they had forgotten one of my sandwiches. I called Tamika said if I could go back. I asked if I should take back the fries being that by the time I would get back home they would be cold. She said no to keep them, that she would replace them. I asked if they can deliver it being I don’t live around the corner. She said no. I said fine I will be there in 15 min. When I got there 45 min had already been wasted from my original order time. They gave me my sand and fries. I asked the young man about my drink. First he was just walking away, so I had to call him. He asked what drink would I like I told him Diet Coke. He leaves and comes back and says I would have to pay for it. I asked him to get his manager. So Tamika comes out and tells me that I would have to pay for it because she already replaced my fries. I told her that I don’t live near by that 45 min have already passed by the time I get home my drink will be flat. She said sorry that I would have to pay for it. I got upset because it was not my fault they didn’t get my order right. I wasn’t asking for anything free just to get my order right. Mind you she didn’t even offer anything for my inconvenience. I think she just didn’t want to deal with me and gave me my drink. All of this upset could have been avoided if she would have just given me my entire meal complete like I had originally ordered instead of arguing with me...
Read moreNever had an issue here, but today I order for delivery, my food was not delivered. When I call to ask for my food for either to be remade the supervisor basically blamed me for getting the food and calling to do a false claim. She claimed her driver took a picture when he placed the food. I told her that the driver might have taken a picture but he didn't deliver to me. She doubled down on her driver and still was telling me that the food could not dissappear out of nowhere. She said there is nothing she could do and I would have to complaint to customer service and she wouldn't be able to give me my food again. It wasn't until I was able to prove that her picture was not the right place where she should have delivered. 45 minutes later, once she knew she messed up she transfer me to another manager. Which still tried to patch their mess. I told them I was not looking for a free meal even tho his supervisor was basically assuming that I took the food and was doing a false claim. I cancel my order after2 and half hrs after I order. Train your supervisors to not assume and get to the bottom before blaming...
Read moreAfter being a long time customer at this location since their opening, I’ve decided to no longer bring my business here. This location is constantly getting orders wrong, missing sauces, missing sides, even missing entrees. Multiple times I have had to call them to which they tell me to return back to the store and give me my missing item with no other resolution. Getting tired having to drive back to the location, I began completing their surveys and letting them know through there when my items are wrong/ missing (note, i do also leave nice surveys. Some of their staff at this location is very friendly and I’ve come to get familiar with them. ) That being said, none of my surveys have ever been addressed, there’s been no attempt to reach out to me (like survey says) and NO fixing what they messed up. Considering the rest of these reviews, Marc Zayas needs to step it up when it comes to service. I have come to this chick fil a minimum 14x a month the past year, but I will no longer be visiting Chick-fil-a on Rojas or Eastlake. I will be taking my business to...
