Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

, I order Papadillas, I order a medium Pizza with pineapple pepperoni and jalapenos and it was delivered right to my doorstep I paid over the phone with my debit card and the pizza got deliver in less than 7 minutes I particularly love Papa John's the ingredients the service everything is wholesome I wanted to make a remark for everyone they charge you $4 for delivery fee but that's not for tip and that's printed on the box of the pizza I did not personally know this I had worked before in the restaurant industry and I know that you tip servers because servers they get paid $2.13 an hour but I don't know how and how much they get paid the workers in the pizzerias and I'm not going to ask but yes it is our responsibilities as we order for delivery to tip that really helps the driver for gas I just want for our community of El Paso to be and to show kindness and gratefulness for the people that delivers are lunch breakfast or dinner that makes a huge difference and I have to admit that at first this time that I first order I did not tip because I had a misunderstanding on that and honestly because I make sure and I told on my biography that I was going to be honest I asked one of the persons that took my order and apparently they too were misinformed about where the for or $5 of delivery fee we're going and they told me that they were going to the delivery person so that's why I did not tip I felt terrible but it was too late tonight I am going to order or tomorrow when I do I post some pictures thank you very much and I recommend days for everyone that comes to El Paso and from all my El Paso people people to always remember that we need to research and this goes for me...

I never realized all commercial chains within one business weren't created equal until I began experiencing different modes in quality of service from different locations; two of which that stand out the most being Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Between the two, I'd rather order from Papa Johns but we've been in situations where we didn't live near one, and that has opened me to experiencing local service int hat area from Pizza Hut and Xtreme Pizza that were MUCH LESS than stellar. Since we've moved back to the east side near Hanks, I've been ordering from Papa Johns on Montwood, and I must say the service here is THE BEST.

---HUGE shout out to their manager, Jerry Garcia.--- He is everything a manager should be. Never expect a manager to solve all your problems, especially if you're a frequent caller, but he is the utmost in professionalism and customer consideration.

Have whatever opinions you want about Papa Johns as a chain in general, but as far as service goes, this is the best spot and their delivery has never failed me. People like to order from Xtreme, but trust me, what seems like a deal is not always the case, and their ability to help your issue will depend on the location you work with. Since living out here I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times have been a nightmare. The first time I placed an online order and asked for extra cheese. My pizza came with no cheese and they would send out a replacement my husband had to drive to get a replacement pizza. Tonight I placed an online order and asked for my order to be hand delivered to me. I noticed it’s been about 10 minutes after the estimated arrival time for my pizza so I go check outside if I can see the delivery driver coming except I’m greeted with my cold pizza sitting on my porch. Annoyed I bring it into the house and check my phone to see if I missed something alerting me of its arrival, I didn’t. After checking my phone I open the boxes to notice everything is covered in ants because it sat on my porch for who knows how long. My pizza sat on the porch so long that it was cold and covered in ants. I called and the store is replacing but I still have to wait an extra 30-40 minutes for delivery. I placed my order around 6:30 pm it’s almost 8. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. After receiving my replacement that took forever to arrive they failed to bring my complete order. I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. I did not receive my bread sticks. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m 8 months pregnant and was craving papa John’s only to wait over 2 hours for my food and not even get my cheese bread sticks. I’ll never order...
