An Absolute Hidden Gem – Incredible Food, Generous Portions, and Excellent Service!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mi Puerto Seafood and Drinks, located at 1320 N Zaragoza Rd in El Paso, and I can confidently say this is one of the best local restaurants I’ve discovered in a long time. I ordered the Ribeye & Shrimp combination plate and added the Diabla Fish and let me tell you, this meal was nothing short of phenomenal. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The shrimp were juicy and seasoned just right, and the Diabla Fish added the perfect spicy kick to round out the plate. Everything was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and full of bold, savory flavor. On top of that, the portion sizes were huge definitely more than generous for the price, which makes it an excellent value. What really impressed me was not just the food, but the entire dining experience. The customer service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do and it shows in the quality of both the food and the service. I honestly had no idea this place even existed before my visit, and I’m so glad I found it. Mi Puerto is one of those local gems that not enough people know about but they absolutely should. I recently dined at this Mexican Seafood restaurant, and it was an absolute treat! From the moment we walked in, the warm and clear atmosphere set the perfect tone for an amazing mexican seafood experience.

The menu is packed with authentic Mexican seafood dishes. I highly recommend trying their caldo de pescado.

The service was fantastic—friendly and attentive staff who made great recommendations. The Micheladas were the perfect drink for our meal.

Mi Puerto Seafood & Drinks is now our favorite Eastside restaurant! Since “discovering” this wonderful source of Mexican-style seafood we’ve been back at least once a week! The owners and staff are all super nice, and everything is clean and tidy, including the restrooms. We haven’t tried everything on their menu yet, but can say that their fish & shrimp tacos are delicious, as well as their Mango Habañero Tower (my favorite) & fresh fish dishes (my wife’s favorite).
