When it comes to service, price, and overall customer experience, Jannelle and her team easily exceeded my expectations. I have researched many other Med Spas in South Florida to find the perfect provider to fit my needs. After many visits to other providers, I was constantly dissatisfied with my experience. I decided to try the Naked Face after hearing great reviews from actual patients. During my appointment, I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming team who made me feel "at home". They really listened to what my needs/concerns were and happily answered all of my questions. The business is clean, cozy, and the staff really makes you feel like part of their family. Additionally, the other patients in the waiting room had nothing but great things to say about the business. I was extremely nervous for my appointment and how I would feel/look after the procedure was finished. Jannelle has years of experience and was able to create a care plan that catered to my personal needs. Jannelle's knowledge and expertise in the products and procedures gave me comfort knowing I was under her care. After my procedure, I was given after-care instructions, and the staff called me the next day just to check in on me to see if everything was up to my expectations. I VISITED JANNELLE'S RODRIGUEZ OFFICE FOR JAW LINES FILLER, AFTER 1 SYRINGE SHE SAID IF I WANTED IT BETTER I NEEDED MORE SO, I SAID OK. WHEN SHE FINISHED I SAW A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH SIDES BUT I SUPPOSED IT WAS THE INFLAMATION. AFTER 2 DAYS I CALLED HER ASSISTANT AND EXPLAINED ONE OF THE SIDES WAS LIKE I HAD A BALL AND THE OTHER A HOLE, SHE TOLD ME TO SEND PICTURES TO JANNELLE'S CELL AND I HAD NO MESSAGE. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND SHE SAID JANNELLE WAS BUSY TO CALL ME AND TOLD ME TO GO TO THE OFFICE AND IF I HAD TO BE FILLED IN MORE WAS GOING TO BE PAID. AFTER A FEW DAYS I SAW JANNELLE AT THE STREET IN A RAINY DAY, I GREETED HER AND ASKED IF SHE WANTED TO SEE MY FACE, SHE LOOKED AT ME, RUN UP TO HER CAR, CLOSED THE DOOR AND STARTED IT. I STOOD IN THE RAIN WAITING FOR A REACTION AND AFTER A MOMENT SHE OPENED THE WINDOW HALF WAY AND TOLD ME SHE HAD TO SEE HER LAWYER AND I HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE. WHAT A LITTLE DELICACY AND IMPORTANCE HAD WITH ME...WHAT A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! SHE JUST SCAPE WITH THE EXCUSE OF THE RAIN?
