Rabbit Ladders — Local services in El Segundo

We love this toy store and often go there to buy toys for birthdays even though it's out of our way. The selection is great and the owners are incredibly thoughtful about the inventory they select.

The last time we were in there our kids wanted to create slime on the slime wall. During that visit, we found out about their ability to do birthday parties, which we did for our daughter's 9th birthday. Everything about this party was so easy thanks to the Rabbit Ladders team! We got there and everything was set up, lunch was arranged, and we had an additional vendor come in to do hair tinsel for the girls in addition to doing slime kits (pre-prepared slime where the girls mixed in charms). The Rabbit Ladders team even went out and helped purchase cupcakes. We were so grateful and I can't recommend a party at Rabbit Ladders enough. Everything was coordinated via text and it made it so simple for us.

Cute cloths and toys inside, came with my 3 young children. The woman at the register told them not to touch an inflatable toy they have on display. She was worried it would fall. She asked my son nicely once, and then with attitude told my 2 year old daughter not to touch. And just gave me a how dare you failure as a parent look. What kind of children’s store carries children’s toys, but won’t let children play with or even touch them? I have spent a lot of money in this store In the past. I was ready to buy some really cute things for my children today, but the attitude we were given (for having kids in a kids store) made it easy to walk out without purchasing a thing. Came in with my 3 year old son to pick out toys and the employees wouldn't let him play with the toy cars while looking. What kind of children's toy store doesn't let the children touch the toys they want to pick out? Never experienced that before. They obviously don't understand the concept of a toy store or their target demographic. On top of that, the (Caucasian) employees spoke so rudely to us.
