Walgreens — Local services in El Segundo

Do not go here! I went here on Saturday, May 3, 11:00 AM. The pharmacist was so rude and unhelpful and wants you to do her job for her. No straight answers, and wants you to figure out everything for her.

I was directed by another walgreens location who specifically told me to ask the pharmacist to check for the stock of the vaccine before booking an appointment. Yet, this pharmacist wanted me to spend 10 minutes filling forms before confirming if she had the stock or not.

Then i gave her my insurance card with all the details and yet she wanted me to call them and write down the details on a piece of paper- two of the details- the bin and PCH number not written on my card and also something no pharmacy has asked me for (i believe they have these details since they do this everyday but she was just lazy to check). It was a saturday and i specifically told her that they weren’t available to talk. Now i have to go back home and try again. Wasted an hour of my life. Most unhelpful...

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!

..Rude, Incompetent & is honestly Shocking that ‘anyone’ on the Pharmacy team was somehow “deemed fit” to be Hired.. especially **‘BRIAN’ !!

Who couldn’t even simply give me my prescription refill date correctly, and spent 5 minutes yelling at & arguing with me about it, after my other Pharmacist had already confirmed I was Correct?? It was truly like talking to an unprofessional, ill-informed “Toddler”..

Even though, “I can literally walk” to this location.. The staff here is so abnormally ‘TERRIBLE’ at their Jobs’, that I have to drive an extra 15 minutes each way to the Walgreens @ ‘Manhattan Beach’. They are GREAT there btw! — Ask for Shariff ;)

**But highly suggest, DO NOT go to ‘THIS’ PHARMACY.. they are RUDE, INCOMPETENT and will make your experience MISERABLE!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to this Walgreens pharmacy - especially to the pharmacist in charge of vaccines. I wish I had gotten her name… I’ve been on quite the adventure trying to schedule my travel vaccines across Los Angeles, calling hospitals and pharmacies, only to be sent in circles with no results. I was scheduled for multiple appointments, only to arrive and be told that the vaccine I needed wasn’t available. But today, finally, a light at the end of the tunnel! At this Walgreens, I encountered an informative, kind, and truly professional pharmacist who went above and beyond: she ordered the exact vaccine I need to be delivered and administered next week.
