I have been coming to this establishment for upwards of 3 years. I have always believed for what you get and the condition of the rooms, it was over priced. However, I attributed that to being so close to LAX so I didn’t worry too much about it simply because where I pick up my oversized load is right down the street is convenient. Lately tho, they have been charging me for my service dog... $50/night, which is illegal if you go look at the ADA website, they also asked for papers on my service dog, which is also illegal. Today when I arrived, I got checked in, paid for my service dog and went to my room. When I got to the room, the beds had no sheets or blankets on them and the room, tho not dirty, did not look as if it had been cleaned. There were also no clean towels and washcloths in the room. I called down to the front desk and told them. They offered to move me to another room or have a maid come up and make the beds. I had all my stuff in the room already, so I told them I would be ok with someone coming up and making the beds. I have been here for about an hour and a half and they have managed to bring my sheets up, have not made the beds and I’m still waiting on towels... I’m ready to get an attorney on the service dog issue at this point and I sure as hell will not ever recommend this motel to anyone again. Not unless things change here.

This hotel didn’t meet our expectations- we only stayed for one night as our flight was cancelled , and we came from Cancun for 18dats holiday- all we need is a calm peaceful rest before our flight the next day! But hotel didn’t disclosed this construction that we were forced to get up so early next day ! Loud noise, hammering, loud Mexican music next to our room! Never had this experienced before as we travel every 6 months! We expect a refund as manager didn’t give the service we fully paid for, yes Josh apologised, and that’s not good enough! Then heard that I’m getting very little refund! It’s a joke! It’s not even about the money , it’s the principle! Bear in mind we check in late in 18th Jan and we are only there to sleep well as we are not leaving until 6pm the next day - but guess what we woke up so early and we have to leave early and find a place to sleep instead! And because if this we left something on that room as we are rushing and until today it’s a mystery!!! One night stay became so messy because management didn’t handle it properly..so definitely we would be extra careful when booking a hotel but again this is the first worst experience we ever had..

Horrible experience! Had our vehicle towed early Sunday morning right before we checked out. Contacted the GM, and he said I should have read the fine print I signed. 2 other customers' vehicles were also towed that morning, out of about 16 cars out front. Talking with the staff and the tow guy, we found out this is a constantly reoccurring problem. All signs say customer parking, not permit parking. The signs posted everywhere gave me the confidence to think my car was safe to park in the parking lot because I was a customer. From the signs, never did it cross my mind that I needed a permit. The staff member who checked me in asked if I had a vehicle, and I said, "Yes." She seemed to indicate to me that I was fine with my vehicle parked in the lot. She did not say a word about needing a permit after asking if I had a vehicle. So, I was going on two indicators that my car was fine to be parked in the lot, the signs, and the staff person. The only place they can point to where a permit is needed is the fine print, that they never gave us a copy of.

Old charm modern feel is what I would call my stay here, check in was easy, please note that there is a $150 security deposit for anything missing or damaged to the room, however you do get it all back when you check out, for me we worked it out no problems,  2en note, you will need to pay for parking $10 a day, this is due to the problems that there having with people that are not staying there and taking up valuable spots,  I understand so not a big deal to me, for the rest of the check in no problems. We stayed in room 210 downstairs and literally next to the pool, as I requested,  I mean our 1 window looked at the pool, I could climb out it and jump in, thats how close we where, note there is a security shade, knowone can see inside but you can see out, also there is a sun shade for night to black out the room, very nice, the stay was great,  people walking above but sometimes that's what you get if there is a floor above, noise was normal, I mean right next to the pool so there's that, again didn't bother us, we had some jazz playing in the background so drowned it out, rooms are newly renovated,  a nice modern feel, bed was so comfortable from a 1 to 5, 1 being so soft and 5 being really hard, for me it was a 3, perfect and no problem sleeping, room is small but very quaint, king bed, has usb plug-ins and sockets, alarm and a cool like digital picture frame that you can look for places to go and food places, very cool future,  instead of a magazine or pamphlets, bathroom was nice and lots of hot water,  had a very nice mini fridge, note very cold, a microwave and a 1 cup coffee make with all the trimmings,  coffee and so forth,  ironing board and iron also a blow dryer. Thd pool area is small but does what it needs to do, cool you off, lol plenty of chairs and loungers, note pool is open and not heated. I give my stay here a 10, can't do anything about some noise above us, the staff was nice, the facility was clean, the pool was clean, the room was clean, the stay was excellent and we will be back, it's a great location close to lax, LA, and lots of restaurants,  gas stations,  Starbucks and so on, a special shout out to "sunny" who helped me with the check in, sir you are a wonderful person and so very kind, im sorry in advance if I spelled your name wrong, I totally recommend staying here and hope you enjoy your time,...

Dirty floors rude front desk and rude management. I rented for my wife weekly as we live out of town. She noticed how dirty the floors were so she put towels on the bathroom floor to walk on when getting out of shower. After a few weeks I noticed $80 charges on my credit card. I called and asked what charges were for and they informed me they were for dirty towels. I told them they were from the dirt on the floors but they said we were still responsible. They sent me a video of the towels which had dirt on them. My wife made a video cleaning the floors with wet paper towels which were even more dirty than the video they sent me. I told the front desk and he told me I should clean the floors but I’m still responsible for the towel charges. I thought this hotel was a good deal but I’ll pay more for a clean room and peace of mind.

Also my wife hear of other guess complaining of dirty rooms and bad smelling rooms. Also a few guest were complaining of being charged for towels also. Both your managers and front desk were rude to us as if you do not even value our business. I will make sure I inform your corporate office if that helps any at all but maybe they don’t care either. This is an ongoing issue with your cleaning staff as well as management I’m sure they are treated poorly since clients are treated so poorly

I really loved this place at first. This would be my go to whenever I’m in town. The rooms were very clean and the surrounding area is nice and quiet as well despite the traffics you may run into. My two most recent visits is what brought me here to leave a review. The last two visits I experienced having bugs in my room. One visit I saw roaches. And cut my trip short because of it. I gave them another chance because of that past experiences I’ve had and how amazing and clean the rooms were. This last visit there were ants EVERYWHERE. I never made a complaint each time because I’m just not the person that complains. But after spending over $500 and being a returning guest and finding out that I could not get my full deposit back because I decided to help service out and use the towels to clean the floor from my footprints is very disappointing. They charge a $100 deposit and will charge you $20 for each towel that is ruined. I called the front desk to find out why I didn’t receive my full deposit and she emailed me the pictures of the towels with dirt on it. These towels were bone dry and you could still see the wrinkles in them. The maid obviously did not even attempt to clean the towels. She took pictures of the dirty towels and showed the to the front desk and I got charged for damaging towels. Lol just WOW. Maybe try cleaning your towels and if the dirt does not remove from the towels then charge me for damaging the towels. So please be aware that these places do not expect people to have any kind of dirt or anything on their towels because they were charge you $20 a towel. On top of the ants and roaches that they have here. They also charge you $20 a night for parking on top of what you’re already paying. And if you’re trying to get a hold of front desk???? That’ll be a hit or miss. Idk. There’s so many other hotels I could choose from that do not charge and arm and a leg for ridiculous things but I decided to continue to give my money to this hotel based off of the few good experiences I did have. But after this I will not...
