Its not often that i feel compelled to leave a review... and if i do, its normally due to lack of customer service... But after consulting with SJM, I felt necessary to leave an honest and grateful review. I myself have worked with several companies, only to find out regardless of the job and its level of importance, things tend to be dealt with virtually in this day and age, leaving us feeling defeated at the end of a hard work day . With SJM's team including Mario C., Brittany G. and the rest of their stupendous crew, my team and I had nothing but positive and fast communication responses. They were always accommodating, especially during Covid-19. My assistant had called them recently for questions regarding reserving radios for one of our work events, to my surprise they were extremely helpful and well educated on their devices and all our troubleshooting needs.
