Small coffee bean by the airport that says they close at 3:00 but actually don’t. I ordered coffee and around 2:55 and I looked on the maps and it said they close 3! So I sent and email and asked them for my money back. As we were driving by, I saw people inside and the lights were on and so we went down to check and they were opened! My coffee has been sitting there for at least 30 minutes and I asked the two women working there if they could remake it, and one of the women got upset that she had to remake the coffees. Read moreThe service here is absolutely atrocious. The staff are unwelcoming, indifferent, and downright unhelpful. On top of that, the prices are outrageous — shockingly high even for an airport. To make matters worse, they don’t even accept Coffee Bean gift cards, which is unacceptable for a store carrying the Coffee Bean brand. The fact that this place is allowed to operate in the international terminal is beyond me. For many tourists, this is their very first impression of America, and sadly, it’s an embarrassing one.
