Bounce Luggage Storage — Local services in El Segundo

Highly recommend the Bounce Luggage Storage service at Travelodge LAX South. I was looking to store a suitcase for 4 days while my family and I travelled across to the east coast. I didn’t need the suitcase and the contents inside and thereby unnecessarily have to pay the plane ‘check in bag’ pricing. So I google searched for a storage service - as my hotel where I was going to be staying at when I returned to LA never responded to me when I had emailed about asking if I could store my bags with them. Found ‘bounce’, downloaded the app, set up my account and couldn’t be happier with the easy booking process! Closer to the east coast flight we decided we wanted to store 2 bags. It was super easy to add another bag. The drop off and pick up process was effortless as well! Super friendly, helpful and welcoming staff at Travelodge LAX South. Very happy!...

Five stars for the staff - they were really friendly and went to extra lengths to help when I couldn't access the app to get my booking number. And that's why I've given just 4 stars...it's annoying that you have to download the Bounce app in order to get your number, especially as the app doesn't seem to load properly on open wifi networks. Considering this is a service largely for travellers, it would be good to bear in mind that we don't always have access to...

Arrived with my luggage in the morning and wasn’t flying out till the evening. Needed somewhere to store my baggage for the day. It was easy and affordable service to use and I was able to get from the airport using a free shuttle from the airport to the transport centre and a bus from there.
