Bread & Butter — Restaurant in El Segundo

Horrible customer service. Never have I been spoken to by a manager or owner as I did on a sunday by Marco. I made an order through my phone and apparently the order was submitted twice and was cancelled on their end before I arrived to pick up only to be told a refund could only be done through speaking with postmates. To my frustration I ended up minutes on the phone with Marco being threatened to be reported to the police and being called a scammer for calling the store regarding the issue. A man who deflects and puts blame on others. If you get bad customer service and the manager only tells you you made a mistake and makes no effort to correct the matter or shows no empathy only says, call them not our problem. Bread n Butter you are the breakfast I’m to lazy to make, cheap and simple. Unfortunately your ordering system sucks and your Marco who runs the floor is the worst....

This was the worse service I ever encountered in my Life!! If I could it would get a NO STAR!! We had some time to spare to get breakfast before catching a flight at LAX. First red flag 🚩 NOT WELCOMING AT ALL! Second red flag 🚩 Waiting for our food as it was taking along time. We went several times checking to see if it was ready. They were very Rude telling us it’s not ready. Then we noticed our number was passed. Until that point they weren’t even check checking all the times we were asking. Then come to find out they never made it. At that point I said we wanted our money back. We asked the girl cashier what happend? Her response was very snarky! Well we are very busy. No Apologies nothing. The third red flag 🚩 if the first two weren’t enough The people around us eating were complaining about there food and found a hair in there food! YUK!!! BEWARE!!!...

🚨🚨IF YOU ARE PRONE TO SEIZURES, MIGRAINES, OR OTHER CONDITIONS DUE TO BLINKING OR FLASHING LIGHTS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT 🚨🚨 The overhead fans stay on and the blades cut past the canned lights in the ceiling causing flashing/blinking of the lights. Could not enjoy any of my food.

Order your garlic potatoes well done because they are only lightly sautéed with white onion and do not look like the photos with the red potatoes.

The meats - ham, sausage, bacon - is all pre-cooked and stored above the grill, then reheated & chopped into whatever you order. So, if you are good with that, then this is the place for you.

The salsa is okay and they will adjust ingredients for you if you ask. No sour...
