Barcotta Coastal Tavern — Restaurant in El Segundo

Nowhere near enough wait staff for the customer load. Poor guy working our table was running around in a literal sweat. Started out just him against 30 customers. Picked up one or two more servers against 55 customers. I had plenty of time to count em as I had to wait so long for anything.

Took an hour to get a $30 salad that was only just okay. My wife's pasta came over cooked, dried out, and they broke the sauce. I had to ask 3 times and wait another 30 minutes for more dressing. Solidly...
