Unfortunately the lack of quality control is the cause of many disappointed customers. I urge managers to read “The Checklist Manifesto” as it will inform you of the importance of implementing a check list. You can also use it build a lessons learned database so you can get better and better the company.
The importance of having an effective quality control mechanism to ensure everything that the customer order was produced and delivered. There is a direct correlation between quality control and customer satisfaction.
Nonetheless, there is nothing more disappointing than getting a family meal for dinner that is incomplete. It is unfair to the family or the individual who has to sit around the table with no meal to eat. Not cool at all Panera!

Unfortunately, I was having a reaction to the grains and decided I was safer to not eat anything else. He was very kind and accommodating. The chicken tasted great, sadly I couldn't eat the entire salad I'm be sure someone without my issues...
Read moreAmanda, the manager of Panera in Eldersburg, embodies the gold standard of customer service. Her ability to provide an incredible dining experience is beyond anything I’ve experienced in fast casual dining to date. She went above and beyond to ensure our delivery order was correct, personally correcting an incorrect order. When she arrived at our door I was almost speechless; it was clear guest satisfaction at Panera is Amanda’s top priority and she is dedicated to ensuring each guest is taken care of.
