Taichi Bubble Tea in Eldersburg is the best place in Maryland to get awesome Asian food. I drove a hour to this place and let me tell you this place is awesome. The bubble tea here is the best in DVM. I visited Taiwan where the bubble tea was invented. The pearl tapioca here is super chewy just like how I remember. Trust me if is soft that means is over cooked or not fresh. If you love bubble tea this place is bubble tea heaven. If you like Japanese food, they have ramen and sushi burrito. Both are super tasty. The sushi burrito is like a giant sushi and it’s super healthy, also you don’t break the bank. If you like Chipotle try the healthy version-Poke Bar. You can choose grilled chicken or different kinds of seafood in it. Everything here that is made is super fresh. The atmosphere here is super chill, very relaxing, and they keep this place very clean. The staff here is super friendly and very helpful if you don’t know what to order. FOOD: Really fresh, they don't skimp on anything. Generous portions. They offer poke bowls, sushi burritos, japanese fried chicken, bubble tea/smoothies, delicious ramen, and more! We love that we have a new option for healthy food besides Tropical Smoothie and salads. Also, bonus points for the ramen which is actually really good and legitimate. They make sure the noodles are al dente, not soggy. Thumbs up!

STAFF: The owner is so lovely and kind. The staff are attentive and generous. They gave my 2-year-old son a small gift unexpectedly. He loves it and totes it around all the time.

I will be honest, there is a Taichi Bubble Tea in Frederick MD and im addicted! Fantastic food and drinks and when I found out there was one closer to my home I drove there the next weekend to try it out!!! The tea was fantastic! I get the mango fruit tea with strawberry and passionfruit boba. But was let down by the food. In Frederick they dice everything small to match better with the flow of the rice but here everything was big chunks and the chicken was very dry and cut in long strips. It made me kinda sad. The sushi egg, spicy mayo, and fried onions were still fantastic though. I'll post a picture of what the bowls in Frederick look like but I did not take a picture of the Eldersberg one because it was messy and the avocado was smashed up...
