The food was excellent. They provided chilled water, warm pita with tzatziki. We got their hummus as well and it was delicious. The Kabob meals come with choice of basmati rice, Greek salad or 1/2 rice and 1/2 salad. As you can see in the picture of my wife's chicken Kabob, that's a lot of rice if you just do the rice side. 4 nice chunks of chicken breast in the chicken kabob. My daughter got the falafel gyro. it came with corn and tzatziki. She said it was fantastic. I had the Nora combo #1, which is one Filet Mignon kabob and one koobideh kabob (spiced ground beef) and it was amazing. I got the half Greek salad and half rice. Had to take half of the plate home. Their soft drinks are bottles or cans, but they are BYOB. I really loved the food. Oh and we took baklava to go. Only one note, they have a single toilette unisex bathroom in which they stored a set of shelves and I think a cold case. That is why they got a 3 for atmosphere. Please address your bathroom and you will be a perfect little restaurant. But still gonna give 5 stars overall.

Wow, incredibly disappointed in the spanakopita. It was 1/2 off on Thursday. Was $5 and change. The young ladies said they couldn't give us change as they had no coins 🤦‍♀️. They never bothered to ask any other employee to get change. One young lady seemed brand new, both were clueless when it came to service. We told them keep it for a tip. I got the tray home (after waiting about 15 mins for them to be prepared) and they were cold inside - as in refrigerated cold, but nearly BURNED on the outside and SOAKED in grease. The shell was like egg roll wrapper but only tasted of old oil. The filling, beside being cold, lacked ANY flavor AT ALL, none. No garlic, no flavor of feta, just bland. It came with a side of some sauce, marked CW. I tasted it and it was like Tiger Sauce (horseradish). Weird. Horribly disappointed 😞 I was hoping to get some amazing spanakopita here.

I recently dined at Nora's in Eldersburg, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was absolutely incredible! Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and expertly prepared. The salads were a standout—fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the dressings were the perfect finishing touch. We also tried a few of their main courses, and each one was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. If you're in the area and looking for a place with fantastic food and a welcoming atmosphere, Nora's is definitely a must-visit! Highly recommend!

I recently dined at Nora's with my family for what we hoped would be a pleasant Saturday evening meal. While the quality of the food met our expectations—fresh, sizable portions, and admittedly tasty—the service fell disastrously short of acceptable.

Upon arrival, we were greeted not by a host but by confusion. A sign prompted us to wait to be seated, yet no staff appeared to assist us. After seeking help, we were nonchalantly told to choose our seating. This lack of direction seemed to be a recurring theme for others as well.

Our struggle for service continued with a noticeable delay in receiving menus and placing our order. The waitress's lack of familiarity with the menu was evident and resulted in a tedious ordering process. Watching her struggle to enter our straightforward choices into the system was frustrating.

The food arrived in a staggered fashion, disrupting the dining experience and leaving half of us watching the others eat. A minor modification I requested was initially forgotten, and to add insult to injury, part of our order was entirely overlooked and then disputed when raised.

The neglect extended beyond just the food; our waitress did not once check on us, leaving us to flag her down for necessities, including the bill. Speaking of the bill, it too had its share of errors, from overcharging to unexpected additions.

Opting for the less interactive QR code payment seemed wise given the service thus far, yet even this led to an awkward confrontation as we left, with the waitress seemingly unaware of such a payment method and accusing us of not paying.

For a meal costing over $110 for four people, the poor service was not only disappointing but unacceptable. Despite the food's quality, the overall experience was marred by the worst service I have encountered, making it impossible to recommend this establishment. The lack of basic hospitality and organization at a place charging premium prices is inexcusable. I hope my review helps others reconsider their...

First time leaving a restaurant a bad review. Don’t love it, but I have nothing good to say as I wasn’t even able to try the food. Highly unprofessional. It says everywhere that they close at 10. I called 8:45 to ask about a menu item (both people I spoke to were very nice and helpful) I got my answer, and told them I’d be placing an order shortly. Order was placed at 8:50 through grub hub. Our delivery was expected at 9:30, then delayed until 10:05-10:40 with a message from our driver saying they were waiting at the restaurant. Just now at 10:07pm got a message from our driver that the restaurant has a sign on the door that they close at 9 and that our order cannot be fulfilled. Now that it’s past 10pm and everything is closed. Why wasn’t I told when I called at 8:45 that they were closing? I would never place an order somewhere that was within half a hour of closing time. Had I known, I would’ve found another option then. When they received my order and decided they weren’t going to fulfill it, why didn’t they contact me directly? They had my phone number! Why is their time wrong in the first place? Hangry and annoyed at the whole situation. I feel horrible for my grub hub driver that drove there for no reason. Everyone’s time was wasted because of a failure to communicate and honestly there’s no excuse. Do...
