Former esthetics student. After a year from attending this school, I am still facing trouble receiving my license after passing the state board exam because the schools admissions had filed incorrect birthday and social security number on legal documents. After seeking EXTRA help, I was able to pass my exam because I did not feel prepared by the instructor. Teachers DO pick favorites and only choose to specifically help those chosen students succeed. After many complaints to the board of this school, not only myself but fellow classmates were NOT taken care of. Thankfully, because I did extend my time to be in “student council” my fellow classmates had the graduation celebration they deserved. After graduating and still following the esthetics instructor on Instagram you can see that the things she preached to us about dress code, nail length and a weird closeness to her other students was thrown out the door, because this is now all accepted!!!! She and I quote said “I am not here to be your friend” now has students at her house and posts pictures and videos that are inappropriate with students. Extremely regretful choosing this school but very proud of myself for showing up each day and doing my best work and giving my all. I had my appointment with Nataly Ramirez on 10/24/22 for an eyebrow tint. I did not presume they would be salon quality as they are students at this location but she was graduating soon so I had good hopes! I did not know that there would be no customization. Nataly did not ask me for the shape, or the color I desired, nor aftercare. As I’m laying there I didn’t think they would be of my liking because she just started to draw eyebrows on me without asking anything. She let them sit for 5 minutes. I asked her how long they lasted and she matched the said about 3 weeks. I saw them and did not like them but didn’t want to be rude and they were half price anyway. They had patches, no real form or shape and bad transition from center to corner of brow. I took my mom with me so I could pay for hers as well but she backed out after seeing mine. By the morning of 10/26/22 they had COMPLETELY disappeared! I didn’t even get a chance to play with them and fix them with makeup or take pictures only my family saw them and they weren’t fans either. She SAID she sent me my money back but she did NOT! The # she sent it to was not my account and the name on the screenshot did not match who she sent it to. So if you’re looking for pretty and temporary makeup this is not the place.
