I've never had a bad experience with Starbucks until today. I finished my errands at Target and stopped at Starbucks on my way out. No Starbucks employee was in the lobby. My husband had to yell back into the back for someone to come out. There was no answer at first. All you could hear was 2 girls giggling. I was about to leave thinking they were closed but my husband was pretty insistent and kept yelling louder and louder until eventually someone came out. I didn't hear any apology from her that no one was ready to help. She seemed annoyed that we were there. Sometimes when I go to Starbucks I think some of the people are too nice which is annoying but not terrible. This experience has just left a really bad taste...

This Starbucks is located inside of Target. Looks dark, empty and totally uninviting. Two staff members more interested in each other than the people/customers outside their bubble. Not a fan. Starbucks should re-evaluate the placement of locations and uphold the standards of their brand...
