1 star because I can’t pick 0 Allow me to pass on a better level of customer service than I received yesterday at FIRST CLASS VAPE,TOBACCO &WIRELESS

I bought a $45 vape from this shop — a vape I could’ve bought online for half the price — but I believe in supporting local businesses when I can. Turns out, that belief wasn’t returned.

The vape is junk. It needs to be charged daily, clogs every cartridge (which has never been an issue before), and barely functions. I brought it back, hoping for an exchange or at least a conversation about someway we could make it right. Instead, I was told, basically sucks to be you. Then came the gaslighting: “It works fine.”

No, it doesn’t. I even had My son — who’s a regular at your shop — look at it, confirmed it’s crap and take it up to see if he could maybe explain it in a way I couldn’t. Even he was brushed off when he brought it in for me was told “I can’t change it out because it would cost me money.”

I beg your finest pardon? That’s not how business works. If you’re selling defective products, the cost of making it right is your responsibility, not the customer’s punishment.

Let me be very clear: this isn’t about $45. It’s about the way customers are treated when something goes wrong. It’s about whether or not you stand behind what you sell. And it’s about how fast I will never spend another dime in your store again.
