Went through Panera drive-thru Sunday morning to make a quick order, which was a normal experience. After paying at the window, I was direct to please park in the reserve spot to wait for my order, which I did comply. After waiting for an unusual longer time for my order it arrived, I asked the person if he could wait for us to see if we can verify if they missed any items, since it has happened every time I am asked to park in the reserved spot. The answer was, " We are swamped and I have to go." We continue to look anyway and found they missed an item on the list. Which irritated me by the way I was dismissed as a customer by who I believe was the day manager that delivered the items. Now I had to go into restaurant and retrieve the missing item which negates the reason to go through the drive-thru in the first place. When my name was called, I was handed my order and directed by the guy to go up front for my bakery item. He wasn't friendly at all, unlike your other employees are. I went to the register and I waited for the girl to help some customers before me, I wasn't going to be rude and interrupt. While I was waiting for her, the guy that sent me up there walked up and grabbed two different bakery items for some orders, he looked straight at me and then proceeded back to the kitchen. He could have absolutely handed me the item I ordered, but obviously couldn't be bothered. On top of that, the pizza I got was horrible, it didn't taste freshly made like usual. To eat at Panera isn't cheap, but it's a treat I like to do for myself once in awhile and this was by far my worst experience. I don't know who this guy is or what his problem was, but as a customer I...
