I went into the store 2 days ago because I was having trouble switching my phone from T-Mobile billing to Qlink billing ( which is a free program that they say they except) ..... 3 people were working when I walked in and there were NO other customers in the store! I walked up to the younger man, explained my issue he tried to reset my phone for about a minute total and told me he couldn't do anything else because I needed wifi to continue....So I asked what the wifi password was he said he didn't know!!!! The other 2 women also didn't know the password for wifi..... I explained that I haven't been able to use my phone in 5 days could I just go ahead and pay the bill and switch the phone later, he couldn't help me with that either!!!! Even though I explained to all 3 of them that I came in to get my phone working, none of them tried to Help me at all!!!! I said this is Crazy they have you guys working at a place with phone service and there's NO wifi service!!!!! They said No one Knows the password!!!! So I was so upset about how rude and totally ignored I was being treated I said well could I at least use a store phone and try to call Qlink because I didn't know what else to do!!!!! I sat there for at least 30 minutes and Not one of them said anything to me!!!!!!! I still don't have phone service but I won't be going back to the store !!!! I have never seen 3 people working in a store and not one person ask if they could help...
Read moreIf I could have given this less than 1 * I would my father-in-law is a Metro PCS customer and also a senior citizen he was having issues with his phone and went into Elizabeth City store and spoke to a lady in there explaining his issues when he got done explaining she told him that she would give him an upgrade from his Android phone and he would still be able to access his Banks and all is important information from the flip phone they upgraded him to and charged him $130 my father-in-law didn't know any better so he went back to the store to try and return the phone because he needed his money and they told him basically to get lost who does this to a senior citizen this is disgusting and I wouldn't go into the store for...
Read moreWent in to upgrade my phone. Was surprised that there weren't any free options for me after 3 years. The ladies were very pleasant and found me the (supposedly) lowest priced phone, but then kept trying to sell me an expensive "care package" that I told them I didn't need. Also, she added a premium service bundle to my plan without my permission. I only found that out when another person on my plan (not I) received an email about the monthly payment increasing. Shouldn't they let me know if something is being added to my plan? I don't like the pushy sales or the deceptive business practices by Metro PCS....
