Great place to stop in and relax and have some quality local brews. It is not a dive or a coat and tie place but somewhere to go and just relax and enjoy a beer. Outside food is encouraged they do not serve food. Grab a pizza or visit the restaurant next door. I would definitely suggest to try a beer flight. One never knows one just may find a new favorite beer. Bar keep was very friendly, answered questions about the area for first time visitors, and knowledgeable about the beers on tap. When we moved to Elizabeth City 3years ago one of our first stops was Ghost Harbor Brewing. It was a great choice! Their craft beer selections were wonderful. What really stands out is the welcoming atmosphere you get as soon as you walk through the doors. Tom and his staff are very friendly and helpful in finding your perfect beer or wine. The growth of places to drink, dine and shop in Elizabeth City has been amazing. I called about the Brunch they were holding. They said the brunch was no good and no drinks for the $25 ticket. I called and asked about the ticket rice. She asked if I needed a tissue about the price. The price is the same for when they provided food and drink: I was just curious. I do not understand how an establishment would tell a customer to get a tissue for asking about pricing. Im happy there are more choices in Elizabeth City.
