It is a decent place to host an outdoor event or a family picnic day. I have attended a few different events at the park and from my understanding it is parks and rec that handles that area. 2 of the more recent events attended the tables were filth when we arrived towards set up (not just bird and animal feces; that is unavoidable) and one of the events there was a stream of what appeared to be dried vomit. Both the women’s and men’s bathrooms were experiencing some plumbing issues with the toilets backed up to the rim. That’s all of the negative that may have been fixed by now. And the dirty tables let’s be real it’s out door be prepared to clean up some bird mess if you wanna use the tables that’s no one’s fault. The area is beautiful and the playground...
