I’ve been here twice for ear piercings both times for my son..the first time the person doing the piercing took extra care to my son as he was frightened which is normal for a 3yr old…we came back now he is 9 and his hole closed up. This time I’m so aggravated that I’m standing in the store writing this review and the lady doesn’t know how to contact corporate office nor do they have the phone number for customer service. The manager or supervisor on shift didn’t even want to claim that title. The moment I walked in she kept her head down and away from customers while the lady piecing ears is handling everything and not paying attention and rushing. I asked if she can explain step by step what’s going on to my son as he is nervous she did not. I had to explain…I then asked if she could have the other lady move away as my son as he gets nervous around too many people..she then asked for her to help her which made my son break down. They did not provide care they did not show patience nor did they provide actual customer service. When I spoke to the manager she also look like she could care less about the situation granted she just walked in, but still this was horrible and I will tell everyone not to come here...

First of all the store is way too small for the amount of people that go in that store. They don’t even acknowledge you if you need help or anything, they’re like miserable my husband went in there to get his ears pierced and they we’re not even done properly after supposedly the hole healed. it still would bleed, he went to take our daughter there to get her ears pierced and they told us that they couldn’t do it unless she had the T.P shot. Mind you the same day that my husband went to get his ears pierced they were doing a babies ears and she didn’t have no shot because my husband was speaking to the family and the baby was 2 weeks old. They just do whatever they want on who they want. They don’t follow the rules and honestly, I didn’t want to get my daughter’s ears pierced after seeing so many bad reviews about it doesn’t even deserve anyone’s business to be honest.
