Cinnabon — Restaurant in Elizabeth

I hope this get to the owner of this company because if the owner of this establishment got this business to make money well that's never going to happen if they keep employees on this job for whatever reason that's going to get their company shut down because they're not making any money because their employees are turning down paying customers that's try to make this company some money. I ordered several Cinnabons on door dash and instead the employees confirmed the sale they canceled the whole entire order. I don't know but if the employees my management team hired keep canceling pay orders and keeping my business from making money they would be fired immediately...

Felt the need to leave a review. This location is very sad (jersey gardens mall). From the staff to the food. You ask them a question they stare at you as if they don’t hear you. I waited over 30 minutes for a pecan Cinnabon to just watch them top the old ones that was sitting there for the same half an hour with the pecan toppings. They took the fresh ones out in my face and literally dressed the old ones up as if they was fresh, this stuff is very expensive and if the customer wants a fresh Cinnabon we should get what we want and not anything old. I placed an order from here yesterday. I spent a decent chunk of change. I got a delivery of ice cream from God Knows Where. I called the store MULTIPLE times, no one answered! I kept trying all day nadda!!! I contacted the corporate offices, I'm done. Waiting to hear from them. I also contacted door dash. They tried to help remedy the situation, to no avail. DO NOT ORDER from here!! It' s a joke, you can't get in touch with anyone, and will be out hard earned cash. What a load of you know what, having to deal with...
