The worst Store Manager I have ever encountered! Itās unbelievable to me how can someone hire such an unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and racist individual to work as a Store Manager.
I went to change the size or shoe I bought there and she didnāt even let me finish explaining my reason being there and rudely showed me the store policy in such aggressive manner for absolutely no reason, while immediately claimed that there was no way I got the item from that store. That triggered me, but I maintained a calm manner, and tried to show her my receipt which had the address and date of the order. Still, she aggressively showed the store policy and said next customer.
Her behavior was absolutely unbelievable to me. But still, what surprised me the most was why would someone behave like that? And not empathetically try serve or help the customer resolve the issue, if not in that store, in some other way. I got angry and was trying to show to her that I had the receipt and she was just refusing everything for no reason. She then claimed that I am raising my voice and decided to call security. Yes! The security person was the only reasonable person there. While I was trying to explain the situation to him, another black store associate was not letting speak to him and was consistently talking over me. I just told the security ādo you see their behavior? This is exactly what I am talking about. They wonāt let me speakā. The store associates were a pure reflection of her behavior. Anyways, the security understood the situation but he said he still couldnāt do something because they can do whatever they want at the store. But he was very kind and helpful. The Store Manager was a black lady and all the other associates as well. I didnāt want to believe that this encounter could be racist, but the fact that there was absolutely no reason for them to be so rude and aggressive, made me believe that both the store manager and the associates were highly racist.
Reebok, please review the hiring methods and at least hire more decent store managers, because they represent the brand and just one encounter like this, destroys the positive perception...

Went to the store after calling a couple days ago where they said they were running a promo on Nano shoes - buy one get one free. My wife and I selected two pairs and when we went to the register, the so-called supervisor Candace yelled when we inquired about the one for one promo. "That promo ended four days ago" "we had another promo after that where it was 50% off " . Ok. Can we get that 50% off promo? "no we cannot give you that promo, because that ended yesterday" . We have another promo today...which is 40% off. Ok!! So you are telling me you changed promos three times in the past four days. Is that really true or were you just lying on the phone about a non-existent promo to get customers in the door. While the story on the constantly changing promos was upsetting, it was really the extremely rude behavior of Candace Pizzaro that put us off. She was yelling all this while and behaving as if our money was not green. Well Reebok - guess what - if you pick people off the streets and not provide them customer training and teach them how to respect customers and be honest in their dealings, we are going to vote with our dollars. You lost my business and I am never spending a penny on...

Today the music was so loud that the employee could not hear anything I was saying. So he took the shoes I needed and returned them to the shelf. The store manager was rude when we asked if the music could possibly be lowered a bit. She yelled at the cashier and stormed through the store. She refused to lower the music. Her unpleasant and negative behavior was inappropriate. She absolutely refused to deliver any form of customer service. She seemed to lack any desire to even try to behave nicely. As an older black female it really saddened me to see a younger black female in a position of authority behave so terribly. The store was empty. We were the only customers in there. I see why. This is the last Reebok store remaining in the area. If she continues to chase away customers this one will not last. My family left and for the first time in decades purchased our sneakers elsewhere. There are 3 of us and we always purchase a total of 6 pair...
