DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS THEY WILL FIRE THE SECURITY GUARD AND CASHIER or MaNAGER AND HIRE GOOD AND EDUCATED SECURiTY GUARD AND EMPLOYEE. Posted African American security woman today was so mean to me and my dog. I have Black friends and I don’t discriminate them. But this woman is unbelievably mean. She is like one of the Black people who hates Asian. When I entered the store, an African American employee already told me that I have to carry my dog when shopping which I did. I carried him while walking around the store. Then I found some baseball caps that I wanted to try. So, the store employee allowed me to put down my dog so I can try them. My dog was so behave and he just sat or stood next to me. Then this Black woman security showed up and telling me not to put my dog on the floor. I told her I need to try the baseball caps so I can I try it if I am carrying my dog. She came to me twice. After trying 3 baseball caps, I walked around the store carrying my dog. I saw another base ball cap, then put my dog and try it. A woman who was a customer asked me if she can play with my dog. I said yes while I was trying the beige baseball cap. The black security woman followed me all the way back of the store where I was trying the baseball cap in one of the mirrors. She accused me of allowing my dog to roam around the store which was a big lie. My dog was with the the other customer playing with him. I felt I was being so harassed by the security and I fought my rights and insisted that she lied and kept accusing me. Then she asked me to leave the store because she could not accept that she was wrong. I approached the cashier white woman and told her the real situation. She did not listen. The other customers already kept saying that the black woman security is also mean with them. In fact, the white woman in the cashier took side with the Black woman security even though I was upset and felt being harassed by this black woman. Lacoste management should do something with their security and white woman in the cashier because they were both mean to me. My witness were the customers and the woman who pet my dog. I always go to this store and my first time being harassed. Watch out for the Asian customers who shop...

Very poor experience - I purchased and had to return the item within an hour and the store lady just refused to pay me refund to the original payment method instead wanted me to pick something there itself as an exchange I told her I looked around and did not find anything so give me refund She just refused to give refund and said they do not have a policy of refund instead we have to get something in exchange and even worst is when we asked to give us a store credit her response was like we don’t have the gift card available right now Come back again Just ridiculous - they expect me to come again 40 miles drive 40 miles Well such a big brand and they just say they don’t have gift card at the moment I just googled to realize that Lacoste do have a refund policy to the original payment method instead just misleading customers and making shopping experience so uncomfortable

⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Stylish, But Still Overpriced

Lacoste at Jersey Gardens Mall is conveniently located inside the outlet, but even with the outlet setting and sales, prices are still steep. Even after 50% off, most items — especially polos — are still over \$70, which is a bit much.

The quality of the shirts is definitely great, and we loved the classic polos and color options. However, customer service could be more helpful. We weren’t sure if trying items in-store was allowed, and from what we’ve heard, the return policy isn’t flexible — possibly store credit only, which is not ideal. Hopefully, that’s changed.

Overall, great quality but comes with a premium price tag. Worth a visit if you're a Lacoste fan, but...
