Marlene's Bridal Boutique — Local services in Elizabeth

We ( Sister, Mom and Me) have shopped at one boutique store for years in NY and never had a complaint. It was a far drive and decided to try something closer. Boy did we mess up. First visit to this boutique the manager was helping us with the dress and was very friendly, everything was going smoothly. She told us the dress would be ready 2 weeks before the prom date. IT WAS ONE WEEK BEFORE THE PROM AND THEY HADNT EVEN ALTERED THE DRESS! when we got there and the lady said is " well we called and let you know that the dress would be ready the next day so you have to wait" which by the way was a lie. We had to call them to find out what was going on with the dress and all she said was it was ready. She didn't even have the shoes we ordered months ago! The manager said she would mail us the shoes to our house. We received the shoes and it was a completely different pair than we had ordered and the shoes didn't even fit, they were the wrong size. She lied thru her teeth and said that those were the shoes that were ordered, little did she know is that we took a picture of the shoes that my sister had chosen. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE. This boutique is terrible. We ordered seven bridesmaid dresses on 3/10/17 for my 8/10/17 wedding. Today is 7/14/17 and we have no dresses. I have called the boutique numerous times, left messages and finally showed up there today. Yesterday 7/13/17, the place was closed at 3:50pm although the store hours states 6pm closing. This has been a disaster. I would not recommend...

Horrible place !! Poor quality of dress . To me is like she orders them for China and then she fix them here in USA . The dress that I got for my girls the quality was horrible . She charge taxes for paying credit card plus a additional charge for using credit card on the store . Stupid crazy ....
