I’m writing to share my recent, deeply disappointing experience with your store while trying to purchase the Slim Fit Louis Suit Pant. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the store manager and sales staff was completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. This stands in stark contrast to the customer service I’ve consistently received at other major retailers like Macy’s, H&M, and U.S. Polo.
When I asked for help with sizing and fit, I was met not with assistance, but with arrogance and indifference. The manager's behavior was particularly unacceptable, lacking both respect and basic courtesy—a standard I believe every customer deserves.
I strongly urge your leadership team to consider this feedback seriously. Experiences like mine not only damage the brand’s reputation but also erode customer trust and loyalty. Staff training, accountability, and a customer-first mindset are critical if you wish to uphold your brand’s value in a competitive retail environment.

The store employee told me that they needed the original packing slip to return an order. My order was shipped in two boxes, and one of the boxes didn't have a packing slip, so those items weren't on there. I asked why the email receipt wasn't sufficient and was told that it's store policy. I asked whether that policy is in writing somewhere, as the website certainly doesn't say anything about it. He pointed to the written policy which also doesn't say anything about packing slips.
So I called the corporate number, and they were surprised by the policy too. They told me that the store has the right to set policies and refuse returns (really?), but to ask for the manager and get his name. When I did that, the story changed and they decided to process the return with just the email receipt.

The sales staff were equally dismissive, unhelpful, and disrespectful when I asked for help with correct sizes and fit recommendations. In contrast, I’ve shopped at top-tier retailers like Macy’s, H&M, U.S. Polo, and many more, and I’ve never faced such poor customer service. Those brands maintain high standards of professionalism and treat customers with care—something completely missing here.
