Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Elizabeth

I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience at the Express store in the Elizabeth Outlet. It was my first time visiting, and while I was trying to sign up for the new customer discount, the staff member at the counter was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He accused me of already using the offer, saying, “I saw you two weeks back.” When I asked, “Did you really see my face?” he replied, “Yeah, this kind of faces.” He also said, “Don’t do this,” and when I asked him directly, “What don’t do this? What are you talking about?” he had no clear response and continued being dismissive. I even offered to have them check the cameras to prove this was my first visit, but he ignored that completely. I had the worst experience with this place, my girlfriend bought me a pair of pants from them but they fit me kind of loose so I went there to exchange them, the associate told me I can’t exchange them because the tag is not on them and they look worn. I told her I only try them on, she had the nerve to tell me i was lying. Honestly when I put them on and I realize they fit the way I wanted to I was upset and took them off and i hust throw them in the closet, off course they gonna be rinkled. I wish I could give a 0 star. The service I received from what was supposed to be a manager or assistant manager was extremely horrible. She was very rude, she needs to be retrained in all aspects of her job, or if she can't handle customer service then she needs to be in the stock room, because that's where her attitude should be not around paying customers.
