Words can’t explain how impressed I am with this store. There was a specific shoe I wanted and couldn’t be found anywhere!!! I mean ANYWHERE! When in doubt the only person that truly helped me was CHAD! When in doubt about anything ask CHAD!! If he’s not there, wait and go back to the day that he is there cause this kid will find any shoe and size anywhere. Certainly deserves credibility, raise, and promotion for what this gentlemen and his partner in crime Jason did for me! I called them to let them know I’m selling a shoe. They gave me a price and I said size 4 twice on the phone. So I drove an hour and they didn’t offer anything apparently they said I said 4 and a half when I didn’t. And he said the shoes had to many flaws but it’s dead stock. What waste of time. I drove an hour there just not get any offers. I would recommend another store like kickclusive. While selection may be great, the customer service and the store manager were a horrific experience and even hung up on me when I called the store. I purchased a pair of sneakers as a gift for my daughter. They took advantage and overcharged for a pair of sneakers that are not as limited as they claim. The price on the receipt was manually override. The same sneaker is at other stores and major retailers for more than half the price.
