PLEASE FIRE OR DEMOTE THIS WORKER!! THEY WERE SO OFFENSIVE!!!

I went into this store looking for a gift for my godchild a while ago, and I have never been into this brand store before (I personally have never been inside until this experience). I immediately knew I wanted to get my godchild a sweater, but didn't see the size I wanted right away. I was in a rush, and asked the nearest worker (who was literally on her phone btw) if she could help me find some in that size or if they even sold that in the size I wanted.

Without glancing up from her phone she snapped at me and told me that they didn't have that size. I asked if she was sure because it was a common size, but she rolled her eyes, made some sort of disgust noise, and just WALKED AWAY. I was offended obv and did turn to leave but then thought about the gift I was in there to get in the first place. This worker had glasses, was white, and had like short brown hair?? I didn't get her name, and I tried but she was rude again.

THANK GOD, a really good worker came out from the back and started organizing the store, and asked really nicely if I needed help. She walked with me and helped me look for the size, and it was literally right in front of my eyes, so I missed it, but the fact that she helped and checked me out was so sweet. She even introduced herself and made conversation about my life (even guessed that I was buying a gift! Her name was Ana!)

It happened a little bit ago, but I have to go in there again and literally don't want to because of that glasses girl worker. I thought I should comment and complain because I think this Ana girl should get promoted or get...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had enough experiences here to say something and today was my last straw.The main issue is the management. The managers consistently have bad attitudes and make it very clear they don’t want to be bothered. Any time I’ve needed help, they either ignored me or acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I’ve also noticed that they never try to help find anything themselves—they always send the sales associates to do it, even when it’s clear the associates are already busy. The managers just stand around or disappear into the back while everyone else does the work. It honestly comes off as lazy and unprofessional. This store could be a lot better if the people in charge actually...

I went there yesterday. The place is a little hard to find. It’s on the same side of banana republic. I thought it’s close to Boss or Nike factory but it’s actually on the other side.

The staffs were super friendly helped me finding my own size. The women section is not as big as the one in Woodbury but it still gets a lot of good clothes. Almost all is 50 percent off except the holiday...
