As a veteran myself, it meant a lot to support a local business run by people who’ve served — and it shows in their honesty, integrity, and work ethic. They explained every option clearly, let me test out different mattresses without hovering, and even helped me understand which type would help with my back pain. You just don’t get this kind of service at big box stores.

Recently bought a bed here bob was very attentive helping us pick out the bed the sale was great but thats where it went south we were told we would get a call the next Wednesday to let us know the order status but that didn't happen i called Thursday afternoon no biggie things slip through the cracks i get it the delivery day the delivery guys were great they noticed a dent in the base and pointed it out no big deal the frame work was fine So later that night i sit on it and the mattress compressed to the base i thought maybe its just the edge and i wasn't on enough but nope its the whole bed is soft like they mislabeled it or had a bad batch of springs So as of now im stuck paying for this bed while having to buy another one And bob wouldn't hear me out to even consider maybe its a quality control problem from the manufacturer because nothing ever get a recall or gets missed in quality control but bob wouldn't hear me out to consider whether or not to come take a look at it i suggest not doing business here or with bob ZERO STARS IS...

Humans... we like instant gratification, right?? Sometimes, that's the determining factor for a major purchase. Mattresses ARE major. How can you be productive if you've not had a good night's rest?? YOU CAN'T! Or at least that's my belief. All of that to say, I walked in with very specific criteria to accommodate my needs. Hunter showed me everything that checked my boxes and suggested alternates that I hadn't even considered. He was very informative and patient as I laid on and stretched out over my choices until I'd decided. Unfortunately, that one was not in stock. Hunter took a moment to call Bob and explained that I really wanted it, and I NEEDED it THAT DAY. Bob made it happen! I am very pleased with both of your customer service, dedication, and respect for my sense of urgency! I couldn't be happier... well... I should've gone with a king size! That's not your fault.
