All I can say is that my customer service was horrible they did not want to wait on me I should have turned around and walked out right then my money was not good enough I guess or I guess that they though that I could not afford any thing in the store and they lost out on thousands of dollars from me because it was several things that I was going to buy but it will be brought from different other places like my Simmons beauty rest black plush pillow top mattress the legend fireplace tv stand the parker house optimus double recycling sofa the 8k tv before you get another penny from me I do not should not be treated the way that Greg and Royce both treated me and my husband also you should know your job know about every thing in your store that you are selling how can you sell something that you know nothing about hope you do not work on commission and pray that you have learned something like do not let customers here you two arge with each other next time get up from your chairs and greet your customers do not insult them do not turn what should be a happy moment into a sad moment do not assume that they are not going to buy anything and most of all learn about and how to operate what you are trying to sell your customers or should I say learn about your products that was bad that I knew more about your products then you two did you have lost thousands of dollars if you have treated other customers like you have treated me and my husband and they have kept their money you have made the company loose thousands of dollars and I will not be surprise to see this store or company go...
ย ย ย Read moreWell, I must have gone on a bad day because my experience this time with the salesman was the opposite of other reviews and my excellent experience 7 years ago or so. I purposely went to this store because of their expertise. This time (12/30/19) when I walked in at 11:00 and told the salesperson ( Roy) I wanted a 40 " TV , he answered in a very rude, condescending manner, " We don't sell them- that's why we are called "Big screen store.." (Excuse my ignorance on what constitutes the inventory.) So, I naturally asked him next size and about sales. I was immediately shut down about sales, future sales,etc.and I picked a Samsung 43 'inch It was a fast purchase; he never offered any extended warranty ( I had to ask him) nor did he ask if I had necessary cables. Every comment from him had some kind of condescending, chauvinistic undertone. Thankfully I didn't have to do any kind of financing. That would have been too painful for all. I guess he was tired since the store had only been open for 5 minutes and I was the only customer. I can't imagine why this sort of person was hired. ย ย ย Read moreCustomer service is something that people say is hard to find these days, however, fortunately we were able to work with Greg Dahle at the Ellicott City Big Screen Store. Greg was in no way pushy to try and make a sale. He answered all of our questions in great detail. He took the time to walk us around to the TVโs within our budget, explaining the features on all of them. After I made a purchase, I left the store thinking all was good and the TV would be delivered on the date we chose. A few hours later, Greg called me to let me know of an e-mail with a promotional offer he had just received from corporate that could save me even more money. Greg did not have to do this, and I would have never known, the sale was already complete. I was so impressed by this gesture. Anyway, I went back into the store and was able to obtain my additional savings on the TV.
It has now been a few weeks with the TV, and we love the product. Just as much, I am still very happy to have worked with Greg Dahle. I highly recommend that you shop the Ellicott City store and seek him out if you are looking for a TV. You wonโt be disappointed! Greg cares about...
