The very fact that you put every time fraction down, though wrong, literally is proving my point.

I didn't want to mention the stark contrast in dispositions that your employees and what I can only assume was a manager had when I came in, verses when a non POC customer and her daughter came in, and the subsequent costumers after. Please check & time stamp that on your camera for your own growth.

I did not mention the overly passive aggressive ways in which the same manager and the first staff member I saw, of the few working that day who also, failed to acknowledge or greet me for a good few beats of a minute, when that did not happen to anyone who walked in after me OR the two patrons sitting there when I came in.

As I said, I am not going to go back and forth on a review section of a store I have no intentions of ever going to again. I just simply like to warn people of experiences that I've had, and hope that the places I've had them at learn to grow.

We now know that other people of color can have anti-black perspectives that have nothing to do with them personally being minorities. So - no.

I was there for longer than 7 minutes, closer to 20 - I ended up having to use the restroom while I was waiting. Was that also on camera? How do you even know what order this was .... Or do we all look the same? Lastly, did your camera pick up the fact that I had to come back in because my order was messed...

We got to the place and about to place an order on our drinks, in the meantime I asked to use the restroom and the cashier said you have to order first and it’s in the receipt. I didn’t understand what she was trying to say and ask her again and she said the same thing that’s when I realized you have to order first because maybe the code for the restroom is on the receipt. I don’t understand why I have to wait to use the restroom when I said my husband is ordering in the mean time could I use the restroom but we didn’t want to argue so we started ordering. We decided to get a large Winter Melon milk tea and my husband wanted a Vietnamese coffee with light sugar and light ice. When we requested to get light sugar, she said you can not. So we agreed to that as well and asked for light ice, again she said she can not. At this point we were extremely frustrated because everything we were asking for seemed like it could not be accommodated. I don’t understand how hard it is to make a coffe with light sugar and light ice. Never coming to this place again!!!!!

• Since I can’t reply to the owner’s review, I’ll have to reply it here. I understand we can’t adjust the sugar level, but lastly we asked for light ice and she couldn’t even accommodate us that. I just don’t understand how they cannot do light ice on our Vietnamese coffee. It’s the customer choice!!!! That’s what got us...

James, Albert and Marta are some of the greatest and most attentive store associates ever! James (The owner) is so friendly and talkative, they all greet you with a smile. The whole restaurant is COVERED in roses and Picture esq attire.

The atmosphere is amazing on a weekend and even thought I should be inviting my back I sometimes sneak a weekday trip after door dash. This place has been here three years but had it not been for my sister I would have never known Gong Che even existed. It’s Family Friendly and each location is so Date night worthy! The egg waffle is amazing 🤩 I have not tried the Mochi Donut but just from sitting here and watching a family beg for them to make it even though it is only available on the weekends should tell you everything you need to know. lol Do yourself a favor and bring a few friends!...
