Cirilla's — Local services in Elyria

If I could give more than five stars I would do so in a heartbeat. I met the manager Michelle earlier this year when I decided to stop by and look for lingerie and kill some time before my college classes. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and offered assistance with what I was looking for and right off the rip I could tell that Michelle genuinely wanted to make sure that I found exactly what my heart desired.

After browsing, I went up to the counter and saw this GORGEOUS piece of lingerie on a mannequin hanging on the wall behind the counter with a layered ensemble that had a CHANEL logo harness with black and grey/white fabric stitching and dripping letters, with small diamonds, an attached body chain as well as an attached bottom.

I asked if they would have another one of them in stock if that one got sold and Michelle informed me that they are a rarer item than the other pieces they tend to have restocked. I decided not to purchase it since I had already purchased lingerie and the next time I came in to see if it was still there, it was sold and my heart broke a little.

Michelle immediately started making calls to see if any other store locations had this in stock and she did not give up until she found one.

I was able to pick up the CHANEL piece a week later on a Saturday and I stood at the checkout counter, shocked by the fact that I was about to own something so unique and beautiful.

I was also able to meet the newly hired employee on that day and although I did not catch her name, I received impeccable service from her as well and she was a very sweet soul.

Rude staff and a very small selection of items. I went in to purchase lingerie and some other items and the woman stocking (looked like a manager) looked at me and went back to looking at merchandise without a hello or smile. I picked out a dress and went to the counter to ask to try it on and the clerk was silent while she unlocked the door for me. Their selection compared to the location in Cuyahoga Falls is sad. I came into the store with a group of 5 girls. We had two girls that have never been in the store before so they were nervous. We were quiet looking at the adult toys and the RUDE cashier asked half of us to leave since the store was “crowded”. They literally had one more group of three there. We decided they they were not worth our time or money so we all left. We stayed in the parking lot for about 5 minutes afterwards to figure out our next plan of girls night and the same RUDE cashier came to the window and...
