If you are considering renting a unit in this building I would strongly urge you to continue looking elsewhere. I have lived in 2 Madison Park properties over the past few years and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. Madison Park Properties is very good at selling false dreams with false promises. In both of the buildings I have lived in, the on-site resident managers have been ghosts. Never get a reply back via email, phone, and most of the time the leasing office is completely empty. To add, I would have no reason to be attempting to reach out to the resident managers so often if my packages weren't constantly being stolen. These buildings charge a premium, so expecting my mail to be secure when I go to pick it up the same day doesn't sound too crazy to me. The management team is completely unprofessional, and as soon as they have gotten you to sign a lease, you are completely on your own. Additionally, it seems there is a very light screening process on who they will approve to move in. I've had more than my fair share of run ins with neighbors accepting my delivery meals from DoorDash, only to be told they have already started eating it about 5 minutes after the driver says that the person in "X" apartment said it was for them. I don't want to sound like a broken record, but if you receive packages often, you need to make sure you are checking the mail room as soon as your item has been delivered, or else it might just disappear. The mail rooms have cameras to verify deliveries and see who comes in and out, but of course asking for camera footage to be reviewed is a dead end. Overall, I have felt very ripped off, unsafe, and completely ignored during my residency throughout both buildings owned by Madison Park Properties. I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time around, but again was sold false dreams and promises when I first took a look at this apartment building. Please stay away from all Madison Park Properties if safety is...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst experiences with 3900 Adeline (Madison Park Avenue) and their so-called property manager, Jonathan Ramirez. I scheduled a tour a month in advance, confirmed everything through email and made travel arrangements from out of state just to see this property.
When I arrived — nobody was there. The building was locked, no one greeted us, and absolutely no staff on-site. I contacted Jonathan Ramirez, and he casually said he would reach out to someone at the leasing office. That person never showed up either. We stood outside of the leasing office waiting for nothing — no access, no communication, a complete waste of time and money.
To make it worse, Jonathan never followed up or even called to apologize. Totally unprofessional, incompetent, and unresponsive. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can’t imagine how badly they treat actual tenants.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. 3900 Adeline and Jonathan Ramirez are not worth your time,...
Read moreOriginal management was great when I moved in, but after Whitney left things went downhill fast. From the tone of her emails and every interaction I've had with her, the new manager, Kyerra seems to actively dislike the residents. After living there for about a year and a half we had to leave because things were deteriorating quickly.
The final twist of the knife was that the management stole our security deposit after we moved out. When we were leaving we spent a few extra days coordinating our own professional deep cleaning and purchased our own paint to touch up and small imperfections from our time living there. The management ignored all of these and charged us hundreds of dollars afterwards for made up issues. When I reached out to dispute that they just ignored my messages and never replied.
My advice to current residents is to not even bother with any kind of cleaning or care when you move out, they'll...
