I’ve had such a positive experience with Nora and Enasha from Store 2135. My boyfriend and I visited the store to pick out two pairs of shoes for him, and we were assisted by Nora and Enasha. Nora was incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Her genuine and authentic attitude made us feel valued and well taken care of.

One of the pairs of shoes was purchased in-store, while the other was ordered to be shipped to our home. Nora ensured that the ordering process was smooth and efficient. We truly appreciated her dedication and excellent customer service.

Enasha has also consistently provided us with a wonderful shopping experience at this store. She is professional, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to assist us. Her exceptional service is one of the main reasons why we continue to shop at this store.

This review is solely for Helen. She is a week into her position and they trusted her to handle the entire store by herself. She was incredible at juggling customers and their needs. Having to go get the shoes for us try while no one else is in the store to watch the floor is stressful for two major reasons. 1. Theft. 2. Losing the sale. She handled both like a pro bc it's clear she has the innate instincts of being organized and communicating thoroughly. Came in about a week ago and someone helped me right away and gave me some suggestions since they didn't have what I was looking for. I looked around some more and found what I wanted; they had the size and I bought it. Nice and easy transaction. 5 stars.

Today. One week later:

Called 3 times, about 5-10 mins apart, and let the phone ring for a minimum of 1 minute for every call. Even let it ring for 3 minutes straight and they still didn't pick up. All the reviews about them not picking up is definitely not an...
