I never leave poor reviews for businesses but these guys messed up a simple iPhone screen repair pretty badly. I took my iphone in to get a screen replacement and the guy had it down within the day which was great. My phone was stuck on a boot loop when he gave me back the phone insisting I could fix it when I got home. This turned into hours on the phone with Apple and having to go see an apple specialist. They couldn't fix the problem so I took it back to "We fix it" hoping they could fix their error. After waiting all day I eventually got my phone back. Unfortunately, I lost all my data because my phone was wiped and the screen wasn't placed in properly again! There is now a white line in the middle of the screen and is half falling out. Was told I'd be emailed when phone was ready. After waiting for several hours, I called them, was on hold for about 15 minutes until finally they said, yes, your phone has been ready for you to pick up, sorry, nobody contacted you? Then when I got there, the phone was all blurry, so they had to do the repair again and I waited this time for over an hour. You would think they would have tested it before giving it back.
