I selected Hush Lifestyle because as a member of Sole Collectors they pop up from time to time with releases. I wasnât searching for anything Hypebeast just checking out their awesome end of year sale. I originally ordered 3 pairs of shoes but one was canceled because it was a womenâs size and not menâs. I had sent an email asking about that Nike Vomero because it was listed a mens shoes and I wanted to make sure I didnât get the wrong thing. I think they did not realizing it until I ordered that it was a in fact a women's size 12 and not mens. What I appreciate is the fact that they figured it out and refunded me immediately. When I asked about the refund they explain the sizing issue and even offered to cancel the whole order if I wanted. I didnât want to cancel but did want to add another pair to the order if it was possible so they could all be shipped together. Knowing that shipping cost are high for everyone they offered to add it without any additional shipping. I initially forgot to go in to make the purchase but Alex sent me a reminder email, so I could make sure it was added. The customer service and communication provided was excellent! I rarely ever go into stores these days to shop and at times online shopping can be a hassle if there is no one to talk to or if the business doesnât respond to their own customer emails. This wasnât the case with Hush Lifestyle, the communication was on point and immediate. Not to mention the sale was amazing and I would much rather shop with a small business then a big box retailer! Not everyone has the same experience with retailers and itâs easy to be swayed by some of the reviews you read whether they are good or bad. I like to take chance on a small business and I could only wish that each time it turns out like this one did with Alexâs help and Hush Lifestyle! Just for context, over a 2 day span between Alex and I, there was 15 emails sent and several were responded to in minutes (during the start of holiday weekend). 5 Star service and great deals! From the chat feature on Google being answered before the store was open, to holding the sneakers, and having things ready for me at the counter when I walked in, it was all amazing!
