Add 5 gold coins on top of that because 5 stars are just not enough. 1st time I’ve added coins on top but this establishment absolutely deserves it. This was an internet and phone transaction cause I'm on the other side of the country.

Been scouring the internet for a good deal on Glashutte PanoInverse for some time and came across their web site having a pre-owned but ‘Unworn’ condition PanoInverse. Hmmm… I figured it was likely mislabeled so I looked at google map using their address and up pops a really upscale looking store. I figure a store looking like this has got to be legit and gave it a try by emailing them with an offer that is a tad above the lowest I’ve found so far (but it was a beaten up pre-owned). Hours later, I got a response from Jeffrey and few email exchanges later to confirm availability. I arranged a time to speak to Jeffrey via phone to finalize the offer. Since Jeffrey’s title is ‘President’ at the store, I figured it would be a quick conversation to provide credit card info and done. But to my surprise, Jeffrey is really down to earth and easy to converse with. Absolutely no air of snubbish to be detected especially given their upscale store front. We got into talking about other watches and my preferences and Jeffrey gave me some really constructive advice on what style to look for in a watch which ultimately changed my approach on picking the style that I liked. Absolutely valuable knowledge that I hadn’t thought of before. Towards the end of the conversation, he expressed he wants to establish long term relationship with his customers so he gave me a new offer that’s below what I asked. WHA??? Never had that before but I took the offer because I’d like to have a trusted establishment that I can simply call or email when I am looking for a watch not having to worry about it being fake or bad condition. Jeffrey shipped out the watch the next day with priority over night shipment. When I opened the box, my jaws dropped, this is a brand spanking new watch with plastic protector still sticked to the lugs and side of watch. And I’m not talking about a big piece of silicon wrapping around the watch, these are pre cut pieces specific to the lugs and side of watch. He could has sold is as new and I wouldn’t have doubted it. I am really happy that I found a partner that I can trust on for my next watch. And if you are reading reviews wondering about their credibility or prices, just walk inside (or give them a call like I did). You will be pleasantly surprised by how they treat you. Next time I’m near NYC, I am going to make a trip to the store even if just to shake Jeffrey’s hand...

I recently purchased a Grand Seiko Snowflake from here, and the service was fantastic. I was given a great deal and I had to go for it, I couldn't miss the opportunity. Jorge was very helpful and great to deal with when I purchased my first high end watch so I will definitely keep this place in mind when looking for another watch.

Update: Alrighty folks, 4 years later, another update. Today, I bought the Omega Speedmaster sapphire, 3861, and let me tell you, it's stunner and absolute beast of a watch. As for the service, fantastic as always. I worked with Jorge on obtaining the watch and it was a great experience. Jorge and the staff are an absolute pleasure to work with, and the overall purchase experience is fantastic. The care they have for your shopping experience and making sure the bracelet fits perfectly is great. No snobbery, no judging, just truly honest, great passionate people who work here. 2nd watch from here, and no regrets. (I still have my GS that I purchased from them, still a great purchase.) These guys are the absolute best. If you’re looking for a watch and you’re not sure they’re so good at helping you to pick out the right watch for you regardless of price. So far I’ve purchased a ball marvelight, a Tudor black bay, a nomos club 38, a Jean Richard Nik Walenta limited addition, an omega seamaster 2022 Beijing Olympic Games edition, and most recently a Bvlgari Magnesium and couldn’t be happier with each one !!! I can legit say they know what they’re talking about. Jorge is amazing, great guy, very knowledgeable, and has been a huge help guiding me through this. The owner Jeff also couldn’t be any nicer. It’s obvious from the dynamic that they all have fun and enjoy themselves which says a lot about the culture. This is the place to go in tri state area if you’re looking to buy a watch. These guys will 100% take care of you. And to add, it’s like an experience shopping there. It’s fun !! They also love dogs ❤️ !
