Subway — Restaurant in Ennis

Hello Management!

Every time I visit the Subway in Ennis, I’m met with rude service. Today I ordered a footlong on Italian Herbs and Cheese, only to be told “we only have one” with no clear explanation. When I asked questions, the employee became frustrated. At checkout, I was told my coupon couldn’t be used (which wasn’t explained up front), and the worker rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. I was told I could use my coupon and needed up paying full price for a 6 inch sub.

This kind of treatment feels discriminatory, as Hispanic customers are treated with more patience and kindness. Ennis has no place for racism — all customers should be treated with respect. They have this lady working during lunchtime by her self while everyone else was on break she kept calling for help and the girls were just in the back and then it took 10 minutes for them to come out and help which delayed my husband’s orders they want to be made then I guess they were an allowed to do us promotion for a coupon so I’ll she got upset that I said I didn’t want it because I wasn’t going to be paying three dollars more for greasy garlic bread then I guess she press the been the manager could barely understand her broken EnglishAnd said I had a wait so she remade a tuna melt that I wanted and my husband sandwich chicken teriyaki was already called and I had a wait another five minutes for her to make it so I ended up just walking out and not...

Went into this subway and there were no other customers Inside the restaurant. The teenage employee never acknowledged us and was just starting to make 3 foot long sandwiches that apparently was a call in order. She continued making these sandwiches for approximately 10 minutes before she was done. She was moving very slow and was in no hurry to get to us. By the time she finished the sandwiches, the person came in to pick them up. There were 2 additional customers that came in while we were waiting, and were waiting behind us.
