I would be very careful buying a wedding dress here or any dress for that matter!! The most unprofessional business owner.. I had walked in with my mom to look for a wedding dress. I'm getting married in 2 months! I tried several dresses on. The young girl helping me was very kind, and sweet, I will say that. The dress we picked out was a size 10 with delicate, intricate details. I am a size 4. We purchase the dress and immediately call seamstresses. 5 to be exact. Every one of them looked at the photos of me in it and told us that with this style dress, it was impossible to hem 6 sizes down. So the very next business day, I call back and explained the situation and said the dress hasn't even been touched since we left and every seamstress we contacted said it was impossible to hem this style dress that many sizes down. I would rather just take this dress back and find something different. I'm not sure if this woman was the owner or the manager. But she says "we have a highly advertised, strict no return policy " I say even if 5 seamstresses say there is absolutely no way we can hem this dress AND it was never out of the bag since we left the store 2 days ago?? She says yes. So I thought maybe my mom could talk to her and explain again what the issue is. The owner would never contact us back. We called 2 more times and emailed her. Now we are stuck with a wedding dress that I can not even wear. Absolutely poor management, behavior and as I understand there are guidelines in businesses, there should be exceptions and I believe this reason should disregard their "policy". Tiffany is an amazing sales representative! When we spoke on the phone about what I was looking for, I inquired about a specific dress and she told me that they did not carry it in store. I went on to describe what I was looking for in a dress, and when I came in for my appointment, she had 4 dresses picked out for me that fit my exact vision. One of the dresses was nearly exactly identical to the specific dress that I asked about (same designer and all). It was absolutely my dream dress. While I knew that day that it was my dress, I wasn’t ready to purchase it that day without shopping around some more. I ended up coming back in the store several more times and trying that same dress on, and Tiffany was always patient, attentive, and most importantly, she was concerned with making sure I was happy with it! If only there was an option for more than 5 stars. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for the ladies at Admiring Glances! I came in to shop for wedding dresses and got to work with a young lady named Tiffany. We shared our love for Taylor Swift and they even played her music for me while I shopped. There were so many beautiful dresses but I became stuck between two options. Tiffany knew exactly what to say and was so kind in helping me to decide on the dress that I KNEW was perfect for me. Once I ordered my dress and it arrived, the dress was not how I ordered it. Sandra was sooo amazing at handling the situation and my new dress was delivered a week later. It was a dream come true. When I went to pick it up they were so apologetic and considerate. They even let me pick out accessories for my wedding FREE OF CHARGE due to the inconvenience.
